JB is an actor, director and voiceover artist with over 30 years’ experience in film, television and theater on both sides of the Atlantic. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London and worked in British theater for 15 years including 3 years at The Royal National Theatre on London’s South Bank.
After critical acclaim as seafaring rogue Luigi Vampa in the 2002 motion picture The Count of Monte Cristo, he moved to Los Angeles where he now enjoys a prolific career in film, television, theater and voiceover. He is an accomplished voiceover artist working regularly in commercials, video games and animation.
Born in France and raised in the UK, JB has worked as a performer in almost every area of the business. After training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London he embarked on an extensive theatre career, helping to run a co-op theater company, working in regional theatre, touring the UK and all over the world, culminating in 3 years as part of the company at London’s Royal National Theatre.
Following his acclaimed role as Luigi Vampa in the 2002 movie The Count Of Monte Cristo, he moved to Los Angeles to further his Film and Television Career. His film credits include War Dogs, Pirates Of The Carribean: AWE, Tristan And Isolde, The Lift, Moonlight Serenade, Garfield, 102 Dalmations and Shadowlands. He has many Television credits including currently on Barry, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, NCIS: LA, Burn Notice, Vegas, CSI: NY, Cold Case, Nikita, The Unit, The Company, Raising The Bar, Prison Break and NYPD Blue.
JB also has extensive work in animation and video games. Animation work includes Kung-Fu Panda, All Hail King Julien, Dragons: Race to the Edge, Scooby-Doo, The Jetsons, Turbo Fast!, Beware The Batman, Owl House, Randy Cunningham, 9th Grade Ninja, The Regular Show, The Black Panther, Avengers: Assemble!, Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, A Cat In Paris and others.
JB has voiced over 400 characters in over 200 games including Mortal Kombat 11, Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4, Wolfenstein II, Minecraft: Story Mode, Batman: The Enemy Within, Game Of Thrones, World Of Warcraft, Legion, Diablo III, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, League Of Legends, XCOM 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, Batman: Arkham Origins, Skylanders, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor and Shadow Of War, 3 Uncharted games, several Call Of Duty games, Spider-Man and many more.
JB is also a Voice Director: For Epic Games: Fortnite: Save The World, Riot Games: League Of Legends, for Activision/Blizzard: Overwatch, World Of Warcraft, Diablo III, Heroes Of The Storm, Hearthstone and Legion.
